Display the PowerPoint File. Ensure the free PowerPoint Viewer 97 is installed on AV Manager and AV Scheduler PC.

The Power Point Viewer 97 component is used to preview any PowerPoint file that you include in your schedule. You cannot installed another version of PowerPoint viewer.

Once you have set up a powerpoint, you can preview what it will look like by clicking Preview
