The Video Chat Pro ActiveX control requires the following minimum configuration:

• Windows 98, ME, 2000 ,Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7 , Windows 8, Windows 10 or above.  
• DirectX 9 runtime.
• Web cam if you need transfer video stream.
• Sound card if you need transfer audio stream.
