Face Detection SDK ActiveX 3.0 Released (21 April, 2021)

• added EnableFrontalFace property allow Enable/Disable to detect frontal face. 
• added EnableProfileFace property allow Enable/Disable to detect profile face. 
• added EnableTiltedFrontalFace property allow Enable/Disable to detect frontal face tilted clock-wise and counter-clock-wise.
• added EnableTiltedProfileFace property allow Enable/Disable to detect left side and right side profile face.
• change EnableEqualizeHistogram method to EnableEqualizeHistogram property allow Enable/Disable to use Equalize Histogram to enhance contrast. 
• added VFP sample.
• updated VB.NET 2019, VB.NET 2010, C# 2019, C# 2010, VB6, VC , Delphi samples.
• added faces.jpg in FacePhoto folder.
