- fixed some high resolution video format cannot preview issue.
- fixed cannot change the video format when snapshot on some camera. e.g. Microsoft Camera on Surface.
- added FrameRate property can adjust the source video when change the video format.
- Improve the speed of preview videos.
- updated C#2010, C#2019 samples.
