VideoCap Pro SDK ActiveX 14.0 Released (16 June, 2021)

• added support display Audio Spectrum Visualization feature, Customize bar color, size of Spectrum window, Stereo/Mono Mode. 
• added UseSpectrum, SpectrumStereo, SpectrumBarColor1, SpectrumBarColor2,  SpectrumSeparatorColor, SpectrumWidth, SpectrumHeight, SpectrumOwner properties.
• fixed cannot use Motion Detection, VideoFx and Video Painter Plugin.
• fixed cannot display selection rectangle on some computers when use Motion Detection, Video Fx and Video Painter Plugin .
• added EffectHideSelRectangle property, it can hide/show the selection rectangle when when use Motion Detection, Video Fx and Video Painter Plugin
• updated EffectMotionSetDetectedRect method, when set the motion detection zone, it will display selection rectangle on video now.
• update EffectPainterDrawingType property, now added Round Rectangle, Arc, Chord drawing tools.
• fixed change videoformat property , it cannot change the video resolution issue. 
• fixed connected to IP camera failed, then call Snapshot, SnapShot2Picture, SnapShot2HBITMAP methods, the application exit issue.
• added SnapShot2ByteArray method.
• added C# 2010, C#2019 MotionDetection, VideoFx, VideoPainter samples.
