A: AV Manager plays many common file formats including BMP, JPG, PNG, GIF, movie file formats like MP4, MOV, MPEG1, MPEG2, VOB, WMV, M2TS, DIVX, MKV, FLV, F4V and animated file formats like PPT, PPTX (PowerPoint) and SWF (Adobe flash animation).

Q: Is there specific design software that is required for creating digital signage, or can you use the regular packages like VLC, or Adobe Photoshop?

A:  No specific design software is required; your standard programs should work fine. AV Manager can use static images file types like .BMP, JPG and .PNG which can be created in any typical design software and either saved or exported to the right file type. To use PowerPoint, you need installed Microsoft Free PowerPoint Viewer 2010.

A:  For Single Version, you will installing the AV Manager on single computer. You may control one display unit only.
For Network Version, you will installing the AV Manager on two computers or more computers. You can operate multiple display units remotely across a LAN, WAN or internet. You can upload the schedule to specific display unit and send ad-hoc message.
