Use Video Capture SDK with Agilent VEE Pro (it looks like labview)

Step 1: To install the VideoCap ActiveX Control, begin by launching the setup file (http://www.viscomsoft.com/demo/videocapsetup.exe). Select the desired installation folder for the VideoCap ActiveX and continue with the installation on your development computer.

Step 2: Lanuch Agilent VEE Pro, import VideoCap ActiveX Control

Step 3: Create VideoCap ActiveX Control object, select Device - ActiveX Controls - VideoCap

 
Step 4: Create base program to Preview the video.

 
Step 5: Click the Start button.
