How can I connect to the Wowza server using login (username) and password?

You can use my Application.XML file, Download From here.  
Unzip it and Place it in "C:\Program Files\Wowza Media Systems\Wowza Streaming Engine 4.1.0\conf\live" by overwriting the existing file. Now you must restart Wowza server by restarting its services. You will need to go to 'Services' in windows control panel and find the two Wowza services.

In demo application now you should put the URL "rtmp://[wowza-address]:1935/live?doPublish=12345/streamname". If you want to change the publisher then you can modify the value 12345 in Application.XML in the following tag:


secureurlparams.publish
12345.doPublish


When you change '12345' to any other value then you must restart the 'live' application. You can find the 'Restart' button in the 'Incoming Streams' page of the 'live' application in Wowza Applications tab.
